Hyperhidrosis (hyperhidrosis) is a spontaneous hyperhidrosis of multiple etiologies, manifested by paroxysmal increases in restricted or generalized sweating, often symmetrical on both sides, but also seen as eccentric hyperhidrosis. Excessive sweating in normal individuals under physiological conditions is seen with exercise, hot environments, emotional stress, and eating spicy foods. The other type of sweating is spontaneous and is seen in the hot season. This kind of sweating is mostly symmetrical and is evident in the head and neck, palms and soles of the feet. I clinically encountered many cases of abnormal sweating patients, some sweating above the chest and back, some sweating in the left chest, some sweating in the heart of the hands and feet, some sweating in the vulva, and so on, some heavier at night, as usual during the day, some sweating during the day, lighter at night, sometimes dripping with sweat, wet clothes, painful and unusual, with Chinese medicine treatment repeatedly effective, the author encountered the situation analysis of its pathogenesis is no more than these kinds of cases: 1. Yin deficiency fire: mostly seen in menopausal women, hot flashes and sweating, impatient and irritable, menstrual disorders; 2, damp heat: mostly seen in middle-aged men, usually like to eat fat, sweet and thick taste, like tobacco and wine hot things, damp heat steaming, Yang Qi out; 3, Ying and Wei is not in harmony: mostly seen in the Qi and blood, Yin and Yang is not in harmony, manifested as more local sweating, seen in the post-surgery, or long depression, or bi-physical feeling of wind patients; 4, Qi deficiency is not solid. Mostly seen in the day long strain injury heart and spleen, depletion of Yang Qi, the guard Qi is not solid, Yang Qi outside the leak. As long as the identification of evidence is accurate, can get miraculous results. The above is just a little experience in dialectic, if there is any inappropriate, I hope colleagues correct.
