Our hospital is the designated hospital for the “Hold the Future – Yamiro® Patient Assistance Program” of the China Primary Health Care Foundation The “Hold the Future – Yamiro® Patient Assistance Program”, jointly sponsored by the China Primary Health Care Foundation and Shanghai Roche, aims to help rheumatoid arthritis patients to receive standardized treatment with biologics, significantly improve their clinical symptoms and signs, stop the progression of imaging and disability, improve the quality of life, and achieve the goal of rheumatoid arthritis treatment as early as possible. Receipt of assisted drugs for patients who have been successfully enrolled will not be affected by the end of the program. l Application requirements: 1) Patients with low insurance/low income (annual household income below 150,000) 2) Patients who meet the Chinese indications for tolimumab injection (Yamiro®) and have no contraindications to its use. 6 tolimumab injections (Yamiro®) will be provided free of charge through this program. l PAP program start date: October 29, 2013 l PAP program deadline: end of 2014 l Application requirements: l 1) Patients with low insurance/low income (annual household income below 150,000) 2) Patients who meet the Chinese indications for tolimumab injections (Yamiro®) and have no contraindications to its use. l 1) Patients who are eligible for tolimumab injections (Yamiro®) and have no contraindications to its use. l 2) Patients who are eligible for tolimumab injections (Yamiro®).
