Radiofrequency ablation for adrenal malignancy

Male, 63 years old, Tibetan ethnicity. Primary hepatocellular carcinoma, 3 months after interventional treatment, right adrenal mass with a diameter of 5.6x10cm was found for 2 months, and radiofrequency ablation of percutaneous percutaneous adrenal tumor under CT guidance under general anesthesia was successfully completed at the People’s Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region on September 14, 2012. Summary: The traditional treatment for adrenal tumor is surgical resection, but for some patients with advanced or advanced malignant tumor, radiofrequency ablation treatment can be considered, which is less invasive and safer, and the efficacy can be comparable to surgery for tumors less than 3cm in diameter.
