Myopia can be real or fake

As children’s school work increases, more and more children are suffering from myopia, and the degree of myopia is increasing. There are two types of myopia in children: true myopia and pseudomyopia. Pseudomyopia can be corrected and restored through exercise and training, while true myopia requires glasses depending on the degree of myopia and the child’s condition. So how to distinguish between true and pseudomyopia? Parents need to go to the hospital to determine the child’s astigmatism, and not directly to the optician for simple prescription, otherwise it is easy to miss the child’s correction time. If the child is pseudomyopia, he or she can relax his or her eyes through visual fatigue training, distant vision, and more outdoor activities. If the child is truly myopic, all we can do is try to stop the development of myopia. You can slow down the development of myopia by using corrective glasses, visual fatigue training, and other methods.
