Is it possible to have a mastectomy without chemotherapy and radiation?

Many female patients, who have breast cancer, usually have to undergo chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy although they have undergone surgery. In the normal course of work, people often ask if it is possible to skip chemotherapy. After all, the side effects such as hair loss caused by chemotherapy are always desirable for a woman who is already traumatized by surgery and who loves to suffer less with insurance, so which patients can? If a mastectomized patient has a lump less than 1 cm, a negative axillary lymph node, positive ER and PR, negative her-2, and no other high-risk factors, chemotherapy can be avoided and endocrine therapy can be administered at your discretion. Generally speaking, if the axillary lymph nodes are negative and the lump is not too large, radiotherapy can be avoided. Note: The above is for reference only, mainly for post-mastectomy, non-breast-conserving surgery.
