How many shots of hemorrhagic fever vaccine

Epidemic hemorrhagic fever vaccine is one of the main means to prevent epidemic hemorrhagic fever, also known as renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever, which is a natural epidemic disease caused by epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus. At home and abroad are committed to the development of hemorrhagic fever vaccine, and currently there are two types of vaccines successfully developed at home and abroad: inactivated cell culture vaccine and purified rat brain vaccine. The hemorrhagic fever vaccine can prevent the spread of the epidemic.

The hemorrhagic fever vaccine (bivalent) is available to a wide age range of 16 to 60 years old. A total of 3 vaccinations are required, and the vaccination site is the lateral deltoid muscle of the upper arm for intramuscular injection, with a dose of 1 ml for each vaccination. Hemorrhagic fever disease is usually caused by rodents as the main source of infection, and the vaccination is usually administered at any time to people who are in regular contact or likely to come into contact with these sources. Epidemic hemorrhagic fever vaccine should be given at least 3 times or better yet 1 more booster shot. It is not possible to give only one injection, not even 2 injections. In clinical studies, 2 injections can prevent half of the incidence of the disease. If you have been injected again after 3 years, there is usually no problem.

Guidance: Epidemic hemorrhagic fever vaccine must be injected at least 3 times to be clinically meaningful.

Method of use: 1. Intramuscular injection into the lateral deltoid muscle of the upper arm; 2. Note the dose and interval: 1.0 ml for the first dose; 1.0 ml for the second dose 7 days after the first dose; 1.0 ml for the third dose 21 days after the second dose; 1.0 ml for the booster injection 6 months after the first dose. Immunization effect: The serum antibody positive conversion rate is about 90%.

Reaction to vaccination: Generally no reaction. Individuals sometimes have temporary swelling and pain or slight redness at the injection site.

Contraindications: 1. fever; 2. serious diseases; 3. chronic cardiovascular diseases; 4. history of allergy.

Caution: 1. The vaccine should be shaken well before injection; 2. If the ampoule is broken and there is a clot that cannot be shaken, it should not be used; 3. The vaccine is an adjuvant vaccine and is for intramuscular injection only.
