Fracture of the neck of the femur belongs to several grades of injury

In clinical practice, femoral neck fractures are a common type of fracture. If a patient is properly diagnosed in a regular hospital and it is clear that a femoral neck fracture exists, it should be at least a grade ten in the disability rating. A grade ten disability rating is the lowest level in the disability rating. If the fracture of the neck of the femur occurs and the patient is treated properly in a regular hospital, and there is a fracture of the neck of the femur, osteonecrosis or necrosis of the femoral head, combined with hip joint dysfunction, in this case, the disability level may reach grade 9 or grade 8. There is also a case where the fracture is combined with nerve damage, resulting in unfavorable lower limb movement, loss of muscle sensation, loss of muscle strength, and difficulty walking.
