Diarrhea is not necessarily heat stroke. Diarrhea, that is, diarrhea, diarrhea caused by a number of reasons, such as overeating and other physiological reasons, as well as acute gastroenteritis, heat stroke and other pathological reasons.
1. 2. Pathologic causes:
(1) acute gastroenteritis: bacteria, viruses, fungi and other invasive gastrointestinal mucosa, can cause mucosal congestion, edema and inflammatory exudation, causing diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever, electrolyte disorders and other symptoms.
(2) heatstroke: refers to exposure to high temperature environment, core body temperature rise caused by the central nervous system and cardiovascular system dysfunction as the main manifestation of acute systemic diseases, heatstroke patients due to dehydration caused by electrolyte disorders, diarrhea, pallor, blood pressure drop and other symptoms.
Diarrhea may also be caused by irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal tuberculosis, ulcerative colitis and other diseases, it is recommended that the patient seek medical attention in a timely manner to clarify the diagnosis, under the guidance of the doctor for targeted treatment.
