What time is the best time to eat at night

In the case of a normal three-meal diet, dinner is best served between 16 and 18 o’clock. Generally the body empties about 4-6 hours after eating, so after eating at noon, the energy consumed will be consumed in about 4-6 hours, and hunger will appear. If there is some labor energy demand increase at night, not eating in time will cause insufficient energy reserves and lower work efficiency at night. So it is better to eat at 16-18 o’clock to replenish the energy needed in time. But be careful not to eat too much at night, because the night movement is reduced, the intake of too much food will lead to obesity, increased blood viscosity coefficient, increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract and a series of problems. Also note that it is best not to eat or drink 2 hours before bedtime, and eating before bedtime may cause an increased burden on the gastrointestinal tract function and even cause aspiration and reflux, especially with esophagitis and bedridden people of advanced age.
