If the patient has panic attacks and shivering, the patient may have hyperthyroidism or atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter, which may cause the abnormal performance. If atrial fibrillation is present, it is recommended that the patient be treated with subcutaneous low molecular heparin and amiodarone to restore sinus rhythm. If the patient’s panic and shivering are caused by hyperthyroidism, it is recommended that the patient take oral methimazole, and the patient can take oral medications such as shark’s liver alcohol and vitamin B4 to prevent leukopenia, and the patient can also undergo basic tests such as cardiac ultrasound, serum ionization, and ambulatory electrocardiogram to further clarify the diagnosis.
