Is scapular pain a frozen shoulder?

Scapular pain is not more related to frozen shoulder. Most of the scapular pain is caused by cervical spondylosis or upper thoracic section of the thoracic muscle, thoracic back muscle strain, partly due to muscle strain causing pain, partly due to nerve compression causing pain, mainly manifested as scapular area, thoracic back and neck trapped pain, discomfort. Frozen shoulder is an inflammation around the shoulder joint. The pain is distributed around the shoulder joint and is age-related, usually developing around the age of fifty, so frozen shoulder is also known as fifty shoulder. Chest and back pain and scapular pain can develop at any age. Nowadays, due to the popularity of computers and smart phones, more and more patients are getting chest and back pain, mostly teenagers. Therefore, it is important to change bad habits, avoid overworking the cervical spine, look less at cell phones and computers, and use them moderately and correctly to avoid thoracic back pain.
