Heartburn when eating

If each attack of panic is related to eating, we should first rule out whether it is caused by gastric ulcer, especially in elderly patients. Sometimes stomach diseases and heart diseases are often confused, and patients with gastric ulcer are prone to such discomfort after meals, but we should check the ambulatory electrocardiogram and cardiac ultrasound to clarify whether there is myocardial ischemia or arrhythmia during the attack of panic. It is recommended not to eat too much at each meal. It is suggested that each meal should not be eaten until it is too bracing or too full, but can be eaten seven or eight minutes full, and can eat less and more meals, because eating too bracing and too full itself will also lead to myocardial ischemia and induce the appearance of arrhythmia, and patients will feel panic and palpitations. For such patients, if no cause is eventually identified, it is suggested that appropriate oral stabilizing granules can be taken to improve the symptoms of panic.
