Post-operative Review Program for Premature Heart Disease

Generally, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray and cardiac ultrasound were reviewed before discharge. The first review only needs to check the wound, routine physical examination, understand the medication and guide the adjustment of medication. In the future, the ECG, chest X-ray and cardiac ultrasound items will be reviewed according to the surgery, medication, recovery and physical examination. If the interval between reviews is longer, ECG, chest X-ray and cardiac ultrasound should be reviewed at the same time.
