Acute pancreatitis is one of the common acute abdominal diseases in clinical work. Medications for acute pancreatitis can be given to inhibit pancreatic enzyme secretion and inhibit pancreatic enzyme activity, such as growth inhibitor and ustekin injection; antispasmodic and analgesic drugs such as mebendazole injection and tramadol injection. Apply antibiotics to prevent or control infection, such as penicillin or cephalosporins. Nutritional support, rehydration, and attention to maintaining water and electrolyte balance need to be given, and surgical treatment needs to be performed if necessary. Nursing care includes active communication with patients, psychological care such as relieving patients’ tension and anxiety, and dietary care. If gastrointestinal decompression is left in place, tube care is required to prevent accidental dislodgement.
