Can astigmatism be restored through training?

Astigmatism is a kind of refractive error, due to the irregular shape of the cornea and lens, the refractive power of different meridians, thus affecting the refraction of light, into the eye to form a focal point, so that the image of the outside world focused on the retina appears in vain, resulting in vision loss. There are no drugs or training methods that can change the curvature of the cornea and lens, and there are many ways to correct astigmatism. For low and moderate astigmatism, it can be corrected by wearing frame glasses or laser surgery. For high astigmatism, it needs to be corrected by wearing rigid corneal contact lenses or by IOL implantation. Astigmatism patients are eager to be treated, but they must follow the scientific rules and choose the right method.
