Stomach pain up back pain is caused by gastric ulcer, pancreatitis, and cholecystitis. The stomach is relatively close to the back, and when the degree of pain in the stomach is particularly severe, the pain will be radioactive to the surrounding area, and some of them will cause involvement of the back area, and therefore will be accompanied by a feeling of back pain. The nature of pain caused by gastric ulcer is more intense, and in some patients, the ulcer surface is located in the posterior wall of the stomach body, and the smooth muscle of the posterior wall will spasm and contract when the gastric acid invades the ulcer surface, thus causing pain in both the stomach and the back. Pancreatitis is a retroperitoneal organ, and when the pancreatic fluid is secreted excessively and discharged poorly, it can cause an attack of pancreatitis, which can be accompanied by severe abdominal pain and pain radiating to the back, hence the back pain. Gallbladder inflammation is not only accompanied by pain in the gallbladder area, but can also invade the surrounding organs, causing not only stomach pain, but also back pain.
