Not all patients infected with novel coronavirus will die, and the outcome varies from person to person. Some people with better immunity may develop symptoms of low fever and physical weakness, which can be cured by themselves in about a week; some people with slightly poorer immunity may develop symptoms such as high fever, respiratory distress and pneumonia, which can be cured by hospital treatment; some people with poorer immunity (such as the elderly, chronic disease patients, cancer patients, etc.) may soon develop acute respiratory distress syndrome, blood clotting dysfunction, and complications of certain chronic diseases, which may lead to death.
