Does a hard lump of breast cancer move?

Generally speaking, hard lumps of breast cancer can move, but are less mobile. As the most common malignant tumor of the breast, the most typical clinical difference between breast cancer and benign tumors of the breast, such as breast fibroids, is that benign breast tumors and breast fibroids are hard, with clear borders and very good mobility. Breast cancer is very hard and has very poor mobility, but poor mobility does not mean that it is absolutely immobile. For breast tumors, it is not scientific to determine whether they are benign or malignant just by feeling whether they can be easily pushed. The only way to confirm the diagnosis is through biopsy or pathological examination after excision to see if malignant tumor cells can be found, if malignant tumor cells are found, breast cancer is confirmed, if no malignant tumor cells are found, breast cancer is excluded. Therefore, the hard lump of breast cancer can move, but the mobility is relatively poor compared to benign lumps.
