When should I see a special needs clinic?

The advantage of the Special Needs Clinic is that it provides each patient with adequate time and higher quality care. It is recommended that patients with the following conditions first choose to see a special needs clinic: 1. New patients coming to the clinic for the first time. Doctors need sufficient time to understand the course of previous illnesses and current conditions, write medical histories, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and answer questions and make suggestions for patients and their families, including lifestyle management. 2.Patients with more serious or complicated conditions need sufficient time to analyze their conditions and give treatment plans and prescriptions. 3.Patients who cannot get a general specialist appointment number in the near future and need to be seen urgently, such as those who are seriously ill, have sudden changes in their condition, or need to travel to and from the clinic on the same day. 4.Patients or family members who have a lot of questions and want to get detailed answers from the doctor. 5.Patients who are frail or elderly and cannot tolerate long waiting time. 6.Other patients who do not want to wait too long for consultation. Please be sure to bring your full medical history. 2.If possible, family members should try to bring the patient to the clinic. If you are unable to come, please try to describe the patient’s symptoms and abnormal signs clearly and take pictures of the tongue with your cell phone to help the doctor judge the condition accurately. 3.Please try to make an appointment and come to the clinic on time.
