Formulation and specifications: Injection: 100mg (10ml)/bottle
Indications:
1. tirelizumab in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin or albumin paclitaxel and carboplatin for the first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic squamous NSCLC.
2. tirelizumab in combination with pemetrexed and platinum-based chemotherapy for the first-line treatment of EGFR mutation-negative and ALK-negative, non-surgically resectable locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC.
Key points for rational drug use:
1. Administer by intravenous infusion at the recommended dose of 200 mg every 3 weeks. Dose until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs.
2. When administered in combination with chemotherapy, tirelizumab is infused first if administered on the same day.
3. Atypical reactions may be observed. If patients have stable or persistent symptom relief, even with initial signs of disease progression, continued tirelizumab treatment may be considered until disease progression is confirmed based on a judgment of overall clinical benefit.
4. Depending on the safety and tolerability of individual patients, dosing may need to be suspended or permanently discontinued, and no dose increases or decreases are recommended.
5. No dose adjustment is required for patients with mild hepatic impairment and is not recommended for patients with moderate to severe hepatic impairment.
6. Patients with mild to moderate renal impairment should be used with caution and without dose adjustment under the guidance of a physician; it is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment.
