Formulation and specifications: Injection: 15mg (3ml)/bottle
Indications: This product is used in combination with a vincristine/cisplatin (NP) chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of patients with primary or revascularized stage III-IV NSCLC.
Key points for rational drug use:
1. recombinant human vascular endothelial inhibitor in combination with NP regimen up to 4 cycles, followed by maintenance therapy with this product. This product is indicated for patients with stage III-IV NSCLC in primary or repeat treatment.
2. Suspension of recombinant human vascular endothelial inhibitor is required if the following conditions occur: (1) When associated cardiotoxic reactions occur, such as ≥ grade 3 or ≤ grade 2 with persistent toxic reactions. (2) ≥ grade 3 skin allergic reactions.
3. Incidence of major adverse events associated with recombinant human vascular endothelial inhibitor: based on the results of the phase IV study, the incidence was: cardiac arrhythmia (0.7%), decreased cardiac function (0.2%), bleeding (0.4%), and allergic reactions (0.2%).
4. Use with caution if you are allergic or have a history of hypersensitivity to protein-based biologics.
5. Use with caution if you have a history of serious heart disease or illness, and ECG should be tested regularly during the clinical use of this product.
