The maximum number of years a patient with cerebral infarction paralysis can live can be judged based on a combination of the following conditions without causing the following complications: 1. no further recurrence of cerebral infarction. 2. good heart function, history of coronary heart disease, however, normal heart function, no heart attack. 3. no interstitial pneumonia in the lungs, no pleural effusion, good lung function. 4. no tumor in the whole body. 5. good liver and kidney function, no hepatitis and nephritis and other complications.6. Good thyroid function, no hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.7. No anemic state of the patient.8. Good home care, no hypoproteinemia due to malnutrition; no complications such as decubitus ulcers.9. No rheumatic immune system diseases and no connective tissue diseases. Patients with few underlying diseases and in good general condition, only bedridden or wheelchair-bound due to cerebral infarction, can survive for more than 20 years.
