Most patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of the orbit are treated, except for some radiation retinopathy that occurs after radiation therapy. The ocular prognosis is generally good. As for the systemic prognosis, it depends mainly on whether the orbital lesion is a local primary or part of a systemic lymphoma.
