Breast Cancer Prevention

Seven rules to prevent breast cancer: 1. Avoid excessive smoking (no more than 5 cigarettes per day) and excessive alcohol consumption (no more than the equivalent of half a liter of colored wine per day). 2. Touch your breasts once a month and ask your gynecologist for an examination if you have any suspicion. Observe the natural rhythm and avoid using drugs to induce labor. Avoid overdose and long-term use of drugs that may cause cancer, such as antidepressants, antihistamines, diuretics, antiemetics, antihypertensives and sleeping pills. V. Conduct regular physical exercise. The risk of breast cancer can be reduced by 50% by adhering to physical exercise 4 times a week. Physical exercise can also avoid obesity and hormonal imbalance that cause decreased immune function. To limit hormonal overload, you should not take birth control pills often throughout your life. It is recommended to use condoms when you start having sex, and it is better to use contraceptives after having a child. Seven, pay attention to diet, more vegetable oil, less food, preferably no animal oil and margarine. Eat more live fish, fruits and vegetables, and drink tea and a small amount of colored wine at each meal.
