Can I eat noodles with gastroenteritis

Patients with gastroenteritis can eat noodles. In acute gastroenteritis attacks, they can eat boiled sugar noodles or noodles in soup with a very light taste in moderation. It depends on the patient’s appetite. If there is obvious vomiting and diarrhea, it is recommended to fast temporarily and eat a small amount of liquid food or a small amount of semi-liquid food without any fat. Only after the symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea have clearly recovered can you eat noodles, and the noodles must be light, not fried noodles or noodles with spicy flavor. If you have chronic gastroenteritis, there are no special requirements in terms of diet. Most patients with chronic gastroenteritis do not have clinical symptoms or have relatively mild clinical symptoms, so a light diet is all that is required.
