Conservative treatment of nasal septal deviation

Nasal septal deviation is a deviation of the nasal septum to one side and causes nasal dysfunction. Conservative treatment methods for nasal septal deviation include: 1. Patients who are found in clinical examination but have no symptoms only need observation treatment; 2. Patients who cause symptoms such as bleeding and nasal congestion can be treated with drugs to conservatively treat rhinitis or stop bleeding, and no other symptoms can be temporarily excluded from surgery; 3. Patients with nasal septal deviation who cause headache and exclude other causes can undergo corrective surgery.
