It can be said that TCM is not only the art of medicine, but also the way of medicine. It not only provides us with the art of healing and health care, but also shows us the way of peace of mind and happiness; it not only focuses on the human body and diseases, but also pays attention to the harmonious health of human and mind, human and nature, human and society, and human and human. The harmonious development of heaven, earth and people is the noble goal we pursue together. With the culture and wisdom of Chinese medicine, health can be expected, sought, worked for and kept. Health does not only mean the absence of disease in the body, nor does it mean a strong physique, but the more important meaning of health lies in the harmony, positivity and stretching of the psychological level. Excessive psychological stress is the root cause of disease, so the key to the way of health that Chinese medicine focuses on is to nourish the heart, and nourishing the heart is the highest level of health. A. The way to deal with stress As a modern person, we must deal with all kinds of stress. Tense and busy work, the rapid pace of life, constantly updated knowledge and information, complex and trivial interpersonal relationships, multiple pressures from the outside world is affecting our body and mind, pressure on people’s health poses a huge threat. Long-term stress not only has a negative impact on physical health, but can also lead to peptic ulcers, hypertension, heart disease, tumors and other diseases. The theory of health and wellness in TCM is grand and profound. It comprehensively absorbs the essence of Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism and even the later introduced Buddhism and other oriental cultural ideas in Chinese culture and integrates them, thus containing rich health philosophy, human ecology, aesthetic sentiment and other vigorous and lush health elements. Among them, Confucianism advocates the idea of being healthy and active, which is a good medicine for stress. Confucian health care is characterized by a focus on people and society, an emphasis on inner cultivation and social practice, and an emphasis on the importance of cultivating the mind and body. Confucius, Mencius and Xunzi all attach importance to subjective human efforts and active progress. From the perspective of health and wellness, Confucianism’s virtue cultivation is a kind of “nourishing the spirit”, “nourishing the qi”, and “nourishing the qi of hao”, and this “nourishing “is a kind of spiritual sublimation. Facing up to pressure, not retreating, not running away, self-improvement, trying to create harmony for themselves and society, this is a kind of broad-mindedness, a healthy way. The “commonwealth” society advocated by Confucianism is to achieve a kind of health care for everyone, and everyone has the opportunity to be healthy. To see stress as a challenge, to turn it into motivation, and to let life stretch out is a higher pursuit of health. Spiritual problems can only be solved by turning to spiritual culture. The healthiness contained in the culture of Chinese medicine and the sentiment of being advocated by Confucianism lead us to thrive under pressure. Secondly, the Tao of health is based on nature. Heaven and earth have great beauty without saying anything, and nature contains infinite vitality, which is the source of life and health. However, modern people have almost forgotten to get close to nature in their busy lives, and the vitality and quality of life are greatly reduced as a result. The culture of Chinese medicine draws on the essence of Taoism and advocates the use of nature’s spiritual light to enjoy and nourish the soul. According to Suwen Shanggu Tianzhen, “A virtuous man is a man of heaven and earth, like the sun and the moon, a man of the stars, a man of yin and yang, a man of the four seasons, a man of the past, a man of the Tao. Taoist health care focuses on natural tranquility, less selfishness and less desire for life, through spiritual cultivation, abandoning lucrative desires, collecting the mind to practice quiet, doing everything and the heart does not dye, in order to be in line with the Avenue of Health. Zhuangzi proposed “tranquility and emptiness” and “let nature take its course”, and Laozi proposed “purity and inaction” and “return to simplicity and truth”. ” of the concept of nourishing life with quietness, is both a method of longevity and a state of life. Tao Yuanming has a poem that says: “The beauty and vitality of the natural world can nourish our tired bodies and minds, and we can find its simplicity in the broadness, and see its depth in the subtlety. Health is not a difficult thing, we just need to look at the world with a simple heart and live a simple life, then we can obtain the ease and harmony of body and mind. Confucius’ view that “the benevolent person loves people” and “the benevolent person lives long” focuses on the importance of “benevolence” in health care. Confucianism pays special attention to the role of personal moral cultivation in health care, and advocates highlighting the initiative of personal moral cultivation to achieve a state of moral self-perfection, which is considered the basic element for people to live a long life. From the perspective of health science, only a person with a high moral standard is conducive to fitness and disease elimination. According to the Analects of Confucius, “A gentleman is open-minded, while a villain is long-suffering”. People who do not suffer from gains and losses and who are broad-minded live a long and healthy life. Healthy and happy people live in responsibility and obligation, and each of us should pursue the opportunity to contribute ourselves, but without being disappointed that we are not paid accordingly. As the Book of Rituals says, “Force, evil as it is not out of one’s body, need not be for oneself.” We are trying to create, but not for the sake of possessing more for ourselves. When we complete a task and achieve something, don’t be complacent and eager for rewards for it. People who can help and give are the healthiest and richest people. Giving does not make us any less, on the contrary, it makes our life more full, more abundant and richer. To be able to give, to be able to add to society, is the sign of being full of power and rich in blood. Gratitude and selflessness is a positive and healthy sentiment. A grateful person always remembers the kindness of others, cherishes the beauty of the world, and is grateful for what he or she has. In this way, our life will have more colors and more rays of sunshine. Fourth, into the flood of creation creation should become the main tone of our time, creation can drive away all diseases and achieve health. In the process of creation, the human spirit is stimulated and enhanced to the greatest extent, the essence of life is to create. Constant development, reaching new horizons and opening up new fields every day, is also a sign of human and social health. In the process of creation, history is constantly pushed forward, human civilization ascends from one peak to another, and both society and individuals become more and more beautiful and healthy. In the process of creation, people’s hearts are directed toward a noble goal, they work hard and concentrate on it consciously, and this kind of energy and attitude is the source of living water for health. When we see an old scholar who is still hard at work creating and working tirelessly, how touching his figure is. Even though he was old and gray, his hair was white, his back was slightly hunched, and his steps were hobbled, he was so excited and glowing, immersed in his own field, and forgot about the machine. It should be said that this is a healthy life, old age does not necessarily bring weakness and disease, the creation of his life will glow more and more heroic, old steed, ambition in a thousand miles, the real health from the creation of life. “The Confucian concept of health care shows us a creative sentiment, and health depends on our creation. Fifth, Chinese medicine inspirational health inherited for thousands of years is the treasure of Chinese culture, it is the Tao of nature, the atmosphere and grace, philosophy and medical blend, profound and profound, should be developed, to create great health for mankind. Professor Deng Tietao pointed out that “Chinese medicine is a people-oriented medicine” and “benevolence and benevolence” is the highest spiritual realm of future medicine. Sun Simiao, a great medical scientist of the Tang Dynasty, said, “Human life is of the utmost importance and is worth a thousand pieces of gold.” “Whenever a great doctor treats a disease, he must calm his mind, have no desire and no demand, first develop a great compassionate heart and vow to save the suffering of all spirits.” Such a high degree of compassion and responsibility for the patient is the profound humanistic concern implied by “benevolence and benevolence”, which should become the direction of future medical efforts. The culture of Chinese medicine contains the profound wisdom necessary for the pursuit of health, and this wisdom is an inspiration and call to health for everyone. Health starts with me, and we should take it as our responsibility to have health. Taking care of the body, taking care of the mind, taking care of ourselves is also taking care of a harmonious society. Everyone desires health, and having a healthy body and mind is undoubtedly a great happiness; the world advocates health, and a healthy atmosphere breeds long-lasting harmony and tranquility; the country and society call for health, and the vigorous vigor of all people shows the spirit of the times of the Chinese nation.
