Pay attention to daily dietary regimen, good body function and strong immunity can resist the development of cancer and tolerate various medications. Women should pay attention to the following dietary taboos to know what they can and cannot eat, and keep their mouths shut.  It is advisable to eat foods with anti-breast cancer effects, such as fish, kelp, asparagus, nori, and stone cauliflower. Eat more fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits throughout the year, which are beneficial to recovery. A moderate intake of meat foods, preferably fish, but not in large amounts.  Foods with immunity-boosting and relapse-preventing properties are desirable, including mulberries, kiwis, pumpkins, dates, and yams. Choose plant-based staple foods rich in starch and protein.  Avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee and cocoa for breast cancer; avoid spicy and stimulating foods such as chili and cinnamon, fatty, fried, moldy and pickled foods, and limit salt intake.  2. The main methods to eliminate negative emotions are music therapy, self-referral therapy, breathing training method, muscle relaxation therapy, internal and external contextual thoughts, etc.  Secondly, it is important to divert your attention and forget the role of being a patient. It is unfortunate to suffer from cancer, not only for yourself, but also for your family and friends. So you must be more considerate of your family and run your life well. Pain care: pain is the first symptom of bone metastasis patients, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and even causes pathological fracture. Therefore, it is important to have a proper understanding of this pain and to provide good pain care in addition to drug pain relief.  Care for preventing pathological fracture patients with bone metastases, especially those with spinal and lumbar metastases, should preferably sleep on a hard bed, and be given a neck brace and a lumbar brace according to the condition and fracture site respectively; if it occurs in the lower limbs, also pay attention to avoiding weight bearing and reducing the amount of activity; pay attention to avoiding strong vibration and impact, and bedridden patients should be instructed to maintain the correct position, and be assisted when turning over, and the movements should be slow and light when changing the position, and assist patients to properly The patient should be assisted to stay in the correct position, turn over slowly and gently, and assist the patient to move away from the bed to avoid aggravation of pain and pathological fracture.  The distraction method diverts the attention to other areas instead of paying attention to the pain. This method can sometimes stop the most intense pain.  The skin stimulation method uses friction, temperature changes, and pressure to stimulate the skin to excite the skin nerve endings in order to block the pain and reduce it.
