Preparation for consultation: 1. For elderly patients over 70 years old or patients with mobility problems, it is best to have an escort to the consultation. 2. For patients who want to have injection treatment, please wash the skin of the painful area at home in advance and wear loose, easy to take off and put on clothes or shoes to reduce the risk of infection and facilitate the implementation of injection. 3. Bring all medical records, especially imaging films and laboratory test reports (tests done in other hospitals should also be brought). Note after treatment: 1. Do not leave immediately, please sit quietly in the waiting area and return to the consultation room for a review in 15 minutes. 2. Please contact us (Tel 021-31122884) promptly if the following conditions occur after leaving the hospital, especially if the symptoms gradually worsen: (1) dizziness, nausea, panic, fever and other general discomfort; (2) numbness and weakness of the limbs; (3) increased swelling and pain at the injection site. 3. After returning home, the puncture site should be kept clean and dry for at least 24 hours (at least 48 hours for joint cavity injection) without contact with dirt or water. 4. Avoid excessive activities of the painful limb for two weeks, especially weight-bearing, and rest more. 5. Carefully experience the changes in pain site, degree, attack time and pattern after treatment, and explain to the physician at the next follow-up visit to provide accurate evidence and clues for adjusting the subsequent treatment plan. 6. Change bad habits or body posture to avoid long-term chronic strain to prevent pain recurrence.
