This is a rare disease, only a few cases have been reported in the world, called “monomorphic adenoma of the maxillary sinus”, more specifically, the patient’s poor lung function prevented him from undergoing general anesthesia. The patient’s face clearly showed light red changes during the treatment, and this area was the blood supply area of the internal maxillary artery, which showed mild vascular congestion by the chemotherapeutic drugs. After 2 cycles of treatment, the patient’s review CT and MRI showed that the original tumor form was unclear, and the patient’s original bone and facial appearance were wrapped up, and the patient and his family were very grateful. We have accumulated rich experience in this kind of innovative treatment, and the diseases treated include rhabdomyosarcoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma, squamous carcinoma and so on. The characteristics include: 1) the tumor blood supply vessel is the internal maxillary artery, 2) it can be used in conjunction with surgery or radiotherapy, 3) the local concentration of chemotherapeutic drugs is greater and has a stronger effect on the tumor, while the systemic and intracranial side effects are smaller, and 4) the treatment process is simple and inexpensive.
