The time is shorter, so naturally there are more elements to cherish in it. However, for many people, no matter how long or short the vacation is, there is a proposition that is often mentioned is the problem of eating. Eat more, plus the difficult vacation time, it is natural to have the problem of growing flesh on the body. This is the law, delicious not exercise, heat accumulation down, naturally long fat, although the short time is not able to show very obvious features, but there will always be some changes. As I generally, a few days down, obviously feel the expansion of the stomach. Of course, many people, like me, do not feel like starting to pay attention to the issue of post-holiday weight loss. Throughout the day, I heard many colleagues researching or talking about weight loss, and some students in the space were designing some plans: to make weight loss the first priority after the school year. It seems that people are not very fond of obesity. But the real war on obesity sometimes always becomes empty words. Many people talk about losing weight, but they are doing it to gain weight. Such as office workers who do not exercise, doctors, teachers and some good and bad people, but also in the holiday delicious taste buds open, addicted to meat master, do not eat meat think it is not life. Perhaps exaggerated, but indeed there are many people in the Spring Festival after the meat and flesh have a very induction, want to eat meat meat. Said much, how there is no good and necessary to do. I am also every day mouth hanging sports slogan, in fact, always not how to exercise. Either lazy after meals, do not want to walk; or is the TV program is wonderful, nestled in the sofa do not want to move; or is the sudden change in the weather, rain or wind, out of activity is not comfortable; or is very tired, want to rest early. In this way, all kinds of excuses and reasons, each time the plan will be eliminated. Day after day, exercise becomes scarce. So, many people will gradually take weight loss as a mantra, speak up to people, tireless expression is actually not as good as a real exercise and control diet. The other day, some friends in the group chatted about the cost of health care, which is really difficult for the country to do now, the gradual increase in chronic diseases, which is not a good thing. Many of the chronic diseases are the product of civilizational diseases such as obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension and hyperglycemia, and many of these conditions are behavioral diseases such as eating more, eating better and exercising less. In fact, the causes are clear and the diseases will be quickly controlled by eliminating them, but people are not aware of this. Instead, they are continuing to do things to increase civilizational diseases to come, and the number of patients is increasing, the burden on individuals is getting heavier, and the pressure on the country is increasing day by day. Therefore, the time has come to strengthen people’s health education. Efforts must be made to do some real and useful work to guide people about the importance of health education work and the value of self-control as well as overall social control. I once sent out a kind of question in a group: Who can guarantee to live to be 100 years old? It was sad that no one responded. Why? Because although people know that they can live longer now that, for example, health care is high and material living standards are secure, no one can predict very well that they will not be haunted by the disease of civilization in the new age. With this chronic disease, it is sometimes unrealistic to expect to live to be 100 years old. For the sake of health, for the sake of truly living to 100 and leaving behind a healthy, disease-free old age or a decent life or death, everyone should do something. Let the mantra become a real practice, the practice of seeing results, the practice of seeing yourself live to 100 years old.
