My patient is a handsome teenager, 17 years old. Unsteady gait, vomiting. He came to Xijing Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University. He Xiaosheng, Department of Neurosurgery, Xijing Hospital Preoperative CT and MRI: left pontine occupancy Diagnosis: left pontine tumor. Surgical approach: posterior median approach through the fourth ventricle for tumor resection. Surgical result: complete resection of the tumor. Pathological result: Glioma grade 2. Follow-up after 2 years: symptoms improved significantly, MRI showed that the tumor did not recur.
