How often to exfoliate

Exfoliation can generally be done once every 1-3 months, some people do not need to exfoliate, there are certain individual differences. Keratin mainly refers to the stratum corneum of the skin which is the outermost layer of the epidermal tissue. When the local skin stratum corneum thickening, the surface tactile sensation will have decreased, with some exfoliating topical drugs applied to the skin surface, can effectively make the thickened stratum corneum gradually peel off, so as to restore the original skin tactile sensation. The metabolic cycle of the skin is 28 days, generally 2-3 cycles of metabolic time to make the thickness of the skin to the original degree. Some people with thin stratum corneum are not suitable for frequent exfoliation, so as not to destroy its protective effect on the skin. In addition, people who need to exfoliate, it is recommended that it is best to go to the dermatological cosmetic department of a regular hospital, under the guidance of a doctor to remove keratin, do not blindly use their own drugs, to avoid causing adverse skin reactions.
