[Abstract] OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qing Piao Shu Luo Tang in the adjuvant treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: 175 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the treatment group, 92 patients were given Methotrexate tablets and Leflunomide tablets, and 83 patients in the control group were given Methotrexate tablets, Leflunomide tablets and Zhengqing Fengxin tablets, and the duration of treatment was 2 months. Results: After 20 days of treatment, the joint swelling index, joint pain index, morning stiffness time, grip strength of both hands, pain assessment (VAS), health assessment of daily living ability (HAQ) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of patients in both groups showed significant improvement compared with those before treatment (P
