Lumbar spondylolisthesis reset itself

Slipped vertebrae cannot be reset on their own. Physician-guided manipulative repositioning is performed.
Mild lumbar spondylolisthesis, if there are no clinical symptoms, usually does not require intervention. Through appropriate conservative treatment, such as plaster undershirt or brace immobilization, the condition can be avoided by increasing lumbar stabilization and limiting lumbar movement to prevent worsening of the condition and the symptoms of lumbar pain.
If the lumbar spondylolisthesis is 2 degrees or above, or the symptoms of lumbar pain are obvious, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital for treatment, and reset the spondylolisthesis through surgical methods. It is important to note that patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis should not reset the spondylolisthesis on their own in order to avoid aggravating the condition as well as incurring unnecessary risks.
Patients with slipped vertebrae are advised to go to the hospital in time, complete the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy.
