Chinese medicine decoction method and contraindications for rheumatism patients

  Patients with rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc. mostly have a long history of disease, and rheumatic diseases are classified as “paralysis” in Chinese medicine, and the cause is mostly related to liver and kidney deficiency. 1. Before decocting the medicine, soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to fully infiltrate the medicine and use the active ingredients.  2. Decoct each dose of Chinese medicine twice.  The first decoction is boiled on high heat and then turned down to low heat for 40 minutes, pour out the decoction and add cool water, the second decoction is boiled on high heat and then turned down to low heat for 30 minutes, pour out the decoction and mix it with the first decoction.  4. The total amount of juice from the two decoctions is about 400 ml (2 small bowls). Divide into two portions and take about 200 ml each time, 30 minutes to 1 small time after meals in the morning and evening (this is less stimulating to the stomach, protects the stomach and intestines, and helps to adhere to the medicine).  5.
