Why does the scalp itch and grow pouches

Itchy scalp with some bumps similar to a windbreak is considered skin allergy hives. This is usually due to a temporary increase in vascular permeability and local edema caused by some external or internal stimuli. In this case, oral antihistamines can be taken immediately to relieve the commonly used drugs, such as loratadine, cetirizine, paracetamol, and ibastine tablets, which are more common. If there are also glucocorticosteroids and glyburide lotion at home, they can also be applied topically to relieve local itching. If the effect of topical or oral medications is not obvious, and the itching and the wind-blown manifestations continue to expand and worsen, the patient can go to the hospital for glucocorticoids and calcium gluconate drip treatment.
