General women 1.Women aged ≥40~<60 years old: 1 mammogram and clinical examination every year. 2.Women aged ≥60~≤69 years old: 1 mammogram and clinical examination every 1~2 years. 3. Women under 40 years old in general: 1 breast clinical checkup every 1 to 3 years. 4.Encourage to teach women the method of breast self-examination once a month. 5.Recommend combined mammogram and ultrasound examination. High-risk women 1. Definition: Those with obvious genetic predisposition to breast cancer, BRCA1/2 gene mutation carriers, and patients with previous histologically diagnosed atypical hyperplasia and lobular carcinoma in situ of the breast. 2. Regardless of age, it is recommended to receive a clinical breast examination every 6 to 12 months and an annual mammogram and breast ultrasound under the guidance of a medical professional, with shorter mammogram screening and additional breast MRI if necessary. It is recommended that women at high risk be taught how to self-screen their breasts once a month.
