Genital herpes cannot be cured

1.General treatment: combination of work and rest, regular life; keep the genital area clean and dry to avoid secondary bacterial infection; avoid contact with the lesions and wash hands immediately after contact with the lesions; wear moderately loose clothing and cotton underwear. 2, treatment: the purpose of treatment is to reduce the number of recurrences and promote rapid healing of lesions; reduce the infectiousness of the disease; reduce complications. Acyclovir, valacyclovir and famciclovir can be used for suppressive therapy, the latter two drugs are more convenient to take orally and work best when administered within 24 hours of prodromal symptoms or onset. Patients with impaired immune function have more frequent recurrences of genital herpes and heavier lesions, so they need to increase the dose of treatment and extend the duration of treatment. 3, the use of condoms can effectively protect susceptible women from contracting the disease. When the infected party has skin lesions, sexual activity should be reduced.
