How is fluttering tremor treated in patients with uremia?

Patients with UTI who develop fluttering tremor can be treated in one of two ways, either through replacement therapy, i.e. dialysis, which helps the kidneys to remove toxins and maintain normal body function, or through a kidney transplant.
