Fluttering tremor is mainly diagnosed by clinical manifestations, but there are many causes of fluttering tremor and blood tests are required to further identify the cause of fluttering tremor, such as liver disease, lung disease and kidney disease, all of which require appropriate laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis.
