How many years do people usually live with hydrocephalus?

The number of years that a pericardial effusion typically lives depends on the tumor condition, type, and treatment, and cannot be generalized. Pericardial effusion has many causes and can be seen in infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis infection, viral infection, and bacterial infection. It can also be seen in tumors, rheumatic diseases, hypothyroidism, heart failure, hypoalbuminemia, etc. Normal human hearts contain a small amount of fluid, usually within 50 ml, which acts as a lubricant and requires no special treatment. In contrast, septic, tuberculous or cardiac insufficiency pericardial effusion, after active treatment, has little impact on life expectancy. In contrast, tumor metastasis pericardial effusion, such as lung cancer-related pericardial effusion, will have a certain impact on life expectancy, but the specific survival time cannot be clarified. Some patients with tumors, with active and effective treatment, can still obtain a long survival period. Therefore, patients with pericardial effusion can be treated by extracting pericardial effusion and testing the nature of pericardial effusion to address the original disease.
