At present, tumors are highly prevalent, and for different tumors, different examination means are used, while at present, physical examinations of units exist mostly in the form, which can really detect diseases, especially tumors, less. According to my clinical work experience and the characteristics of various examination equipments, I summarize the following examination packages: low-dose CT scan of chest (lung, mediastinal tumor) + ultrasound (thyroid, breast, uterus, adnexa, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen, ureteral and bladder tumor examination of both kidneys) + gastroscopy (esophagus, stomach, duodenum tumor) + colonoscopy (colon tumor). The above examinations basically exclude common tumors, lung cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, thyroid cancer, pancreatic cancer, kidney tumors and uterine reproductive system tumors. It is recommended that people over 45 years old should be examined every two years, people with symptoms should be examined every year, and people with family history should be examined every six months to a year.
