Symptoms of endometrial polyps

Symptoms of endometrial polyps include irregular vaginal bleeding, abnormal menstruation and foul-smelling discharge.

1. Irregular vaginal bleeding: Since endometrial polyps also have blood supply, when the capillary rupture of the polyp occurs, irregular vaginal bleeding will occur.

2. Abnormal menstruation: the endometrium will shed during menstruation, and the polyps on the endometrium will be affected, causing the patient to experience increased menstrual flow and prolonged menstrual period.

3. Foul-smelling discharge: Some endometrial polyps are caused by long-term inflammation and infection. If the inflammation remains untreated for a long time, resulting in excessive polyp growth or infection, foul-smelling discharge and other abnormalities may occur.

When a woman is diagnosed with endometrial polyps, it is recommended that she go to the hospital for treatment in a timely manner to avoid delays in her condition.
