Itchy nostrils are not cancer. Symptoms of nasal tumors do not include itchy nostrils.
Some tumors such as nasal lymphoma have symptoms of common cold or sinusitis in early stage, such as nasal congestion, watery discharge and dry crusting in the nose, which may secondary to irritation of nasal mucosa and produce local itching sensation.
When nostril itching occurs, it should be considered in combination with other symptoms and signs.
