Two weeks after third degree burns, recovery and medication

Patient: 1.5 years old toddler, 15 days ago the chest third degree burns, now twice a week to change the medicine, change the medicine only Baedobang mupirocin ointment, today change the medicine after opening the dressing bag, I see the wound is not significantly better, the wound is also red and white, and after cleaning oozing a lot of blood, the doctor and Baedobang mupirocin ointment dressing, on the way home to see the blood has seeped to the outside, red piece.
Is it normal to bleed? Is it normal to have so much? 2. Is it too slow to use this medicine every time, so that the recovery time is too long, causing serious scar growth?
3. Please give me your advice on the medication, do I need to add other medications? Do I need to increase the frequency of medication changes? Thank you very much.
I am afraid to open the dressing pack to take a picture because I have been treating with it, so I can’t provide a picture. We are very anxious, and we have no choice but to bother you, so please take time out of your busy schedule to reply. The third degree burns are serious burns that usually do not heal on their own, and even if they heal through a long time of medication changes, the scarring will be serious; improper wound treatment may also cause systemic infection, so surgical implants should be used to repair the wound, and the child will suffer less, so please go to a regular hospital with a professional burn center in a timely manner.
