Glioblastoma is the most common primary brain tumor and the most malignant astrocytoma. Common clinical symptoms include headache, nausea, vomiting, cognitive decline, personality changes, gait imbalance, urinary incontinence, hemiparesis, aphasia, visual field loss, and seizures. Among them, headache is the most common. Outpatient neurosurgery consultation is recommended when the following headache symptoms occur 1. Acute attacks of headache; 2. Headache that gradually increases in degree or frequency (relieved by painkillers in the early stages, but uncontrollable by drugs as it progresses); 3. Headache that wakes up at night even if it is mild; 4. Unilateral headache (migraine site is often not fixed); 5. Headache with altered conscious behavior; 6. Headache with nausea and vomiting.
