Treatment options for orbital cellulitis 1. diagnosis of orbital cellulitis 2. clinical features, eyelid redness, pain, fever, bulbar conjunctival edema, restricted eye movement, protruding eyeballs 3. pediatric evaluation: fever, normal systemic systemic examination but depression 4. ophthalmologic evaluation: normal visual acuity, normal pupils, inflammation of the eyelids and bulbar conjunctival edema, restricted eye movement, tightly closed eyelids affecting other examinations 5. Ear, nose and throat assessment: sinusitis is present 6. Ancillary tests: blood count: mainly observed elevated white blood cell count, elevated CRP, elevated sedimentation, CT examination to see if there is or is not an abscess, blood culture, culture of pus 7. Otrivine 3 times a day for 7 days, surgical incision and drainage 8, monitoring: check the temperature twice a day, mark the red and swollen areas with a pen, take photos and videos, ophthalmology follow-up
