Some skin diseases such as ringworm, scabies and lice are contagious and can be contracted through direct physical contact or by using the patient’s slippers, bedding and towels. Sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, condyloma acuminata and AIDS are mainly transmitted through sexual contact and rarely through other means.

First, we should keep our spirits happy, pay attention to exercise, reasonable diet, and ensure sufficient sleep.

Second, avoid excessive exposure to the sun, when you go out, you should wear a hat, umbrella, sunscreen, to prevent skin aging and skin tumors.

Third, keep the skin clean and hygienic, for oily skin can be cleansed with cleanser, soap and warm water; for dry skin should use less alkaline detergent and too hot water to wash. In the cold and dry season, use moisturizing lotion externally and pay attention to keep warm.

Fourth, try to remove diet-related triggers, such as suffering from eczema, hives, rosacea, acne, etc., should try to eat less fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood and spicy food, diet should be light, appropriate to eat more vegetables and fruits.

Fifth, good personal hygiene, do not use other people’s towels, slippers, etc.. Be clean and avoid impure sexual behavior.

Sixth, do not use or abuse oral medications, cosmetics and topical medications indiscriminately.
