Recovery exercises for shoulders that click when you move them

Shoulders click when you move, common exercise methods include shoulder joint stabilization training, stretching training and so on.
1. Joint stability training: Y, T, W, L-type training is the main focus to strengthen the weak muscle groups in the shoulder. The patient can take a standing position, with the back straight, hip and knee joints slightly flexed, and the thumb facing up during the training.
(1) Y-type: mainly activate the lower trapezius muscle. Maintain the standing position, the two upper limbs in a Y shape.
(2) T-type: mainly activate rhomboid muscle and lower trapezius muscle. Maintain the standing position, raise both arms backward and contract the shoulder blades in a T-shape.
(3) W-type: mainly activate the rhomboid and trapezius middle and lower bundles. Maintain the standing position, bend both arms in a W-shape, and contract the scapula.
(4) L-type: mainly activate the small round muscle and the lower post muscle. Maintain the standing position, raise both arms upward and bend them, rotate both arms downward in L-shape.
2. Stretching training: relax the shoulder and neck muscles, such as pectoral stretching, back stretching, upper trapezius stretching.
